To Start a Return:
Please email us at contact@skynfluent.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return the item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Refunds:
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. It may take a few days for your bank to process and post the refund.
