Shipping Policy

Processing time is 7-14 business days. This is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order. Our products are handmade in small batches which takes time to ensure we provide you with the highest quality of your herbal hair growth tonics and oils. 

You may receive a tracking number at any point in the 7-14 business day processing window. This just means your order is being processed and a shipping label has been created. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to update.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed. Please email contact@skynfluent.com within 24 hours of purchase date for any change requests.
